DAFFODIL

The name Daffodil is most commonly applied to those Narcissi that have large trumpets.  The name Narcissi comes from Greek mythology. Most of the wild types are native to southern Europe. Narcissi belong to the Amaryllis family. There are many varieties of Narcissi or Daffodil and it is one of the loveliest of all early spring flowers. We will do the large yellow trumpet variety of Daffodil.
